New support queue audit

Upload a support ticket CSV.

Applied Loop will map your ticket fields, normalize the queue, detect workflow pressure, rank the tickets most likely to become expensive, and generate a secure audit dashboard.

After upload, Applied Loop creates a secure audit access token. The token is stored in an HttpOnly cookie and removed from the visible URL. Opening the audit in another browser requires the original secure link.

CSV uploads are stored privately and protected by an audit-specific access token.
